Across the nonprofit sector, many small and medium sized charities deliver meaningful, tangible change in their communities but struggle to attract the funding and attention from both government and the community that are received by larger organisations. These charities are often deeply connected to the communities they serve, yet limited resources can prevent them from expanding their operations, responding to unexpected challenges, or meeting growing demand.
NextHorizons was established to help bridge this gap.
Each year, we identify and partner with three local small to medium sized charities where additional funding has the potential to generate a significant marginal benefit. Rather than simply directing money towards organisations with the greatest visibility, we look for charities where additional donations can strengthen operations, reach more people and create a larger real world impact.
Our aim is simple: to connect donors with charities where their generosity can make the greatest difference.
